Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a prestigious high-profile B&I site in Abu Dhabi. You will manage 30–35 culinary staff, drive menu development, and maintain exceptional standards in a client-facing, luxury environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership, operational involvement, and the ability to respond to last-minute requirements while upholding quality and service excellence. GCC experience is preferred.

An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a prestigious business & industry operation in Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic and creative culinary leader who enjoys being operationally involved, is confident in a client-facing environment and can respond effectively to last-minute requirements while maintaining exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a culinary team of 30–35 employees.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food quality and presentation.
• Maintain strong discipline, organisation and performance standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred restaurant or premium B&I background.
• GCC experience preferred, although exceptional international candidates will be considered.
• Proven leadership experience managing sizeable culinary teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and commercially aware.
• Arabic cuisine knowledge would be an advantage.
