Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences at our prestigious restaurant.

You will develop innovative menus, oversee kitchen operations, maintain quality and food costs, mentor staff, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction. Biometric passport preferred; salary $900/month negotiable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, flavors, and plating.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration with other departments.
• Biometric passport (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative menus reflecting latest trends and cater to diverse tastes.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food prep, cooking, plating, and presentation.
• Ensure highest quality and consistency of dishes, maintaining freshness.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff for efficient operations and health/safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food costs to meet budgets.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and address guest requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
