Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive chef or head chef.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and techniques.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques, flavors, spices, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team in the creation of high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Develop menus and create recipes.
• Ensure that all ingredients used in dishes meet quality standards.
• Train and manage staff, including assigning specific tasks and monitoring performance.
