Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience.
• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred but not required.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee daily operations.
• Create innovative dishes using traditional and modern techniques.
• Manage food stock and ordering to control costs.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Review customer feedback to adjust menu items.
