TransaLink is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our Abu Dhabi kitchen. You will oversee all kitchen operations, lead a team of chefs, and ensure consistently high-quality food production. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, creativity in menu development, and a passion for cooking. Excellent English is required, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead a team.
• Creativity in menu development and presentation.
• Fluent in English; Malayalam knowledge is a plus.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
