Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training/certification preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively.
• Knowledge of different cuisines/styles of cooking.
• Proficiency in creating menus that balance creativity with profitability.
• Ability to manage food costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Understanding of health codes/regulations.
