JOB TITLE: Executive Chef

LOCATION: Jabal-Ali, Dubai

SALARY: 1100 AED per month

We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. This position requires someone with excellent cooking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must have an outstanding knowledge of cuisine from around the world, be passionate about food and have the ability to create innovative menus.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared on time and of the highest quality. You will also be expected to maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and ensure that food safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering ingredients and managing inventory in order to keep costs down while maintaining quality standards.

In addition to having excellent culinary skills, you must also have strong leadership qualities as well as excellent communication skills. It is essential that you have experience working in a busy kitchen environment and possess good organizational skills.
