The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring all dishes are cooked in an efficient and timely manner. They will also be responsible for overseeing the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area, as well as managing food supplies, stock rotation, and waste disposal. Furthermore, they should be able to offer creative input when creating new dishes or menus.

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably with previous experience of international cuisine. They must possess excellent organization skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to work independently or collaboratively. Furthermore, they must have a good understanding of food safety regulations along with a good knowledge of industry trends. Finally, they should have the right to work in UAE.
