Executive Chef job vacancy in Ajman UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the kitchen team, creating menus, leading the kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; a minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Chef; superior knowledge of menu creation; and excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A proven track record of achieving results while managing multiple priorities is required.

The Executive Chef will manage all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory control, cost containment, staffing, scheduling, training and development. Additionally, they will ensure that all food safety regulations are followed as well as participate in the development of new recipes.
