Flyper seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a luxury hotel in Ajman, UAE. You will design menus, train and supervise kitchen staff, and ensure exceptional quality and consistency across all outlets.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hotel in Ajman. Your main duties will include creating menus, training and managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality standards. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant and be able to handle high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be creative and innovative with menu planning, and have excellent knowledge of international cuisine. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Pakistani or African candidates with no English language requirement.
