Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating across multiple C-level executives and international stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and international/local travel arrangements.
  • General Office management, Onboarding employees etc
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare documents, presentations, press releases, and reports.
  • Handle communication (emails, phone calls) and act as a professional point of contact on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate with Press/Media and relevant Ministries in the UAE and overseas when required.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, HNWI/UHNWI individuals, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage personal errands or household coordination as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, multiple C-levels, and exposure to HNWI/UHNWI individuals.
  • General office administration.
  • Strong ability to draft, edit, and coordinate press releases and communication with external authorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
