We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our Chairman. Ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting background, proven experience supporting C-Level Executives, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Chairman, including managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
- Serve as a key liaison between Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, financial summaries, and briefing materials
- Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize board meetings, executive reviews, and other high-level engagements
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, and other departments on behalf of the Chairman
- Support decision-making by providing research and analysis on key business topics
- Oversee special projects as directed by the Chairman
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives (Chairman, CEO, or Board-level preferred)
- Background in finance or accounting is essential
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is a Must
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and financial tools/software
