Job summary

NTT DATA in Dubai seeks an AI Solution Architect to lead AI-enabled growth and transformation for mega accounts in Financial Services and Retail. Translate business challenges into AI-driven outcomes and shape the AI go-to-market strategy.

Partner with client partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to craft compelling value propositions, oversee RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and ensure responsible AI principles across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 8-12 years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, or industry roles with client responsibility and leadership exposure.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions such as large language models or GenAI-enabled apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios within Financial Services and Retail.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities and industry trends.
• Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that address industry-specific challenges.
• Partner with Client Partners, Sales teams, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI-driven engagements.
• Lead and coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for AI opportunities, including solution strategy and proposal development.
• Lead executive-level presales activities including opportunity shaping, solution design, and proposal positioning.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success across assigned accounts.
• Contribute to account growth planning and AI sales strategy by identifying new market opportunities.
• Ensure responsible AI principles - including security, governance, transparency, and human oversight - embedded into opportunity framing and design.
• Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams.
