Kite Human Capital is partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Systematic Macro Execution Trader for its Abu Dhabi team. This high-impact execution role works closely with Systematic Portfolio Managers, Quant Researchers and Technology teams, executing strategies across Rates, FX, Equities and Commodities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' execution trading experience in global macro or systematic strategies, deep knowledge of market microstructure, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of execution trading experience in global macro or systematic strategies.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and liquidity.
• Experience with execution algorithms, OMS/EMS and FIX connectivity.
• Strong analytical skills; Python experience highly desirable.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving markets.
