Job summary

Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) seeks a Senior Execution Trader to lead execution across global macro markets with emphasis on derivatives, interest rates, and FX. The role supports a multi‑asset overlay and risk-aware trading, collaborating with desks, operations, and compliance to ensure best execution and efficient settlement.

The candidate should have deep derivatives knowledge, especially options, and experience coordinating with PMs and risk teams in a front‑office capacity.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in asset management or multi-asset platforms.
• Hands-on derivatives execution experience with focus on options trading.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, risk, treasury, and operations.
• Exposure to overlay portfolios, hedging programs, or tactical macro strategies.
• Strong understanding of funding, margin, and counterparty risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on synthetic credit instruments and derivatives across rates and FX.
• Design execution strategies with PMs for interest rate and FX markets.
• Support multi‑asset overlay and portfolio rebalancing across global markets.
• Provide trade cost and liquidity analysis; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop tools and dashboards to monitor execution performance.
