• Bachelor's degree in Telecom/IT/CS or related field.
• MBA is a plus for strategic leadership and growth.
• 10–12 years in project management leadership, telecom/infrastructure/utility preferred.
• P&L ownership experience on multi-million AED/USD projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM teams to hit financial & operational targets every quarter.
• Own project profitability from presales pricing to post-delivery closure.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Etisalat & enterprise clients.
• Direct full project lifecycle: surveying, acquisition, implementation, H&S.
• Design short & long-term execution plans within budget.
• Manage workforce utilization across all projects & regions.
• Drive innovation, culture, and continuous improvement within the PM function.
