Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with EV high-voltage systems and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of OEM procedures, BMS, power electronics, and safety compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex EV faults and support workshop teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair EV systems including batteries, BMS, inverters, converters, traction motors, and REEV components.
• Perform HV safety procedures, isolation testing, CAN diagnostics, and fault analysis using OEM tools.
• Execute software updates, firmware flashing, and ECU calibration to balance performance, efficiency, and emissions.
• Conduct battery health checks, monitor SOH and SOC, and maintain cooling systems.
• Ensure compliance with HV safety standards and workshop protocols.
• Support telematics and OTA diagnostics for remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Train technicians on EV systems and safety practices.
• Prepare diagnostic, service, and warranty documentation.
