Job summary

company Distribution seeks a Business Performance Analyst to shape performance management for the EVCI & H2 operations. You will analyze market trends, coordinate with IT for data reliability, and partner with vendors and internal teams to drive efficiency.

You will also assist budgeting, forecasting, and the development of dashboards and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and improve operational and financial outcomes within the EV and hydrogen sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10 years in engineering/technical services, with 4 years in EV/EV charging.
• Knowledge of EVCI and H2 industry, market, and technologies.
• Proficiency with performance management tools and methodologies (dashboards, scorecards, benchmarks, business cases).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• PM experience or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business performance management frameworks for EVCI & H2 operations.
• Perform market research, analyze trends, and assess partnerships with digital providers.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditure; support planning activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports on departmental performance.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data reliability across CPMS and related systems.
• Engage stakeholders across functions and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
