Job summary

Ali & Sons in the UAE is seeking a Marketing Executive to support XPENG’s growing presence. The role blends creative thinking with data-driven insights to drive growth across digital channels, events, and partnerships in the UAE.

You will coordinate content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and XPENG regional/global teams. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English fluency are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in brand, digital, communications, or commercial marketing.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate social media and digital activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Analyse marketing and sales data using Excel and track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, and engagement.
• Coordinate events, launches, mall activations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, showrooms, Sales, and CRM teams.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow XPENG brand and CI standards.
• Use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, content, and presentations while validating outputs.],
