Job summary

Talent Connect Group (TCG) in Dubai is seeking two Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants to build our NYC tech market from the Dubai HQ. You will focus on 360 recruitment across US/UK markets with ambitious billings expectations.

You’ll join a KPI-driven culture with up to 60% commission, $50k average fee, Dubai’s 0% personal income tax, and quarterly trips to NYC, plus future relocation opportunities.

Job description

I’m hiring 2 x Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants to join Talent Connect Group (TCG) in Dubai and build with us in the NYC tech market.

TCG is going from strength to strength.

We’ve just come off the back of 3 record months, and based on our current pipeline, we have the potential to double that again this quarter.

Now I’m looking for two experienced recruiters to join our Dubai HQ in DIFC and focus exclusively on the New York tech market.

And this isn’t your standard recruitment opportunity.

To give you an idea of what’s possible, our most recent hire averaged $100k in billings per month across May, June and July after just one full quarter in the industry.

You must have experience working in a true 360 recruitment environment, ideally from a London based recruitment firm that services the UK/EU or US markets.
