Job summary

RIXOS Dubai is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales professional to identify prospective tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other partners across assigned markets. You will maintain relationships with accounts, promote the portfolio of our hotels and conduct sales calls and virtual presentations under the regional sales lead.

Travel is required as needed; strong knowledge of European leisure markets and GCC hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years in hotel sales or travel trade sales.
• Exposure to European leisure markets and GCC hospitality.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other relevant partners across assigned European markets.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and sales follow-up.
• Promote portfolio of hotels, facilities, experiences and offers matching partner requirements.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations and participate in sales visits under the regional sales lead.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and account materials ensuring accuracy and alignment with terms.
• Coordinate enquiries with hotel Sales Reservations and Revenue Management teams from initial request through to conversion.
• Support contracting, rate loading checks, and distribution of approved offers to partners.
• Assist in organising familiarisation trips, hotel inspections, roadshows and trade exhibition participation.
• Monitor account production, booking trends and outstanding enquiries, highlighting opportunities and shortfalls.
• Research competitor activity, travel trends and potential new business sources.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, contact records, sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Prepare regular activity reports and contribute to market updates and sales action plans.
• Support cross-selling across GCC portfolio and coordinate opportunities with hotel teams.
• Follow company approval procedures for rates, contracts, complimentary stays and other commitments.
