Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimator for the transport and infrastructure sector. The role focuses on road and asphalt projects within the UAE, requiring strong numerical and analytical skills and familiarity with construction methodologies.

The successful candidate will gather site data, evaluate cost variables, review subcontractor offers, and perform risk analyses using CAD/CANDY or similar software. This is a full-time permanent position with visa support.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in estimating for road, infrastructure and asphalt works in UAE.
• Experience with cost estimation variables and market data gathering.
• Familiarity with contracts and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Gather firsthand information from sites and market.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Perform risk analysis and cost control.

Proven experience in Road and infra structure in addition to asphalt works in UAE Familiar with the construction methodology process & sequence of work

Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors suppliers engineers etc.

Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
