Job summary

Siom Marble in the United Arab Emirates seeks an estimator experienced in marble, granite, and stone works to prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects. You will review drawings, BOQs, and specifications, calculating material, labour, fabrication, installation, and wastage costs to craft competitive quotations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills; UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in marble, granite, stone, or interior fit-out.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong knowledge of material quantities, wastage, labour, and installation costs.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
