Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Fire Protection Estimator in the United Arab Emirates to analyze project blueprints, quantify fire and safety system requirements, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. The role involves sourcing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing tender documents with BOQ, technical proposals, and pricing breakdowns.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field, NICET certification, 3+ years of estimating experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• NICET certification in relevant fire protection areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating fire and safety systems for commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Proven expertise in reading and interpreting complex architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
