Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure estimation (overall).

• Strong expertise in Wet Utilities projects, including potable water pipelines.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, rate analysis and tendering.
• Experience in vendor/subcontractor evaluation and knowledge of UAE authority standards.
