Job summary

SahlNahl Ecosystem in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ESG Specialist to support clients across the full ESG lifecycle. You will conduct assessments, analyze data from AI-enabled tools, and prepare actionable reports and dashboards for practical recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design ESG strategies, support transformation roadmaps, and track circular impact in a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ESG and sustainability knowledge including familiarity with ESG reporting standards and circular economy concepts.
• Analytical and data interpretation skills with ESG metrics, dashboards, and AI-driven outputs.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional teamwork and external partners on ESG initiatives.
• Clear written and verbal communication, reports, presentations and client-facing docs.
• Background in environmental science, sustainability, business, economics or related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC ESG regulations and regional standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ESG and sustainability assessments across client projects.
• Analyze data from AI-powered audit tools and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards translating insights into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and implement ESG strategies.
• Support sustainability transformation roadmaps and track measurable circular impact.
• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to platform analytics, methodologies, and best practices.
