Job summary

ADNOC Gas is seeking an ESG Specialist - Sustainability Reporting in Abu Dhabi to lead governance, measurement and disclosure of sustainability performance. You will translate ESG strategy into operational practices and ensure reliable data for stakeholder communications.

The role requires strong analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and extensive experience in ESG reporting aligned with leading frameworks. On-site work in Abu Dhabi supports ADNOC Group objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in ESG or sustainability in a large organization, preferably in gas/energy.

Responsibilities

Design and implement ESG frameworks, guidelines, policies and performance indicators across units.
Track delivery of ESG initiatives and identify gaps between strategy and reporting results.
Coordinate with functions to integrate ESG into planning and decision-making.
Monitor compliance obligations and support ESG internal audits and risk assessments.
Prepare ESG disclosures and reports using applicable frameworks and ensure data integrity.
