Emirates Islamic Bank in the UAE seeks a operations professional for escrow processing and transaction support. You will ensure accurate, timely handling of escrow related banking tasks and maintain system records.

You will file and archive documents, review transactions for discrepancies, and escalate issues. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Understanding of banking transaction-processing procedures and controls.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms like Finacle or Flexcube preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
• Good organizational, communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process escrow transactions and input data into systems.
• File, maintain, and archive transaction records per controls and audits.
• Review documentation and escalate discrepancies or processing exceptions.
• Maintain records in BPM and other systems to keep process info current.
• Support audit reviews with required transaction documentation.
