Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee stock accuracy, storage, and timely material movements supporting manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 BC for inventory control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or store operations.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP inventory modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce fulfilment environments.
• Good knowledge of inventory processes, stock control, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, finished goods, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, labels, stock locations, and ERP updates.
• Organize warehouse storage, bin allocation, and product arrangement.
• Perform stock counts, reconciliations, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Issue materials to production, retail, and e-commerce teams as required.
• Prepare dispatch documents, packing lists, and shipment records.
• Process returns, damaged items, and stock adjustments according to company procedures.
• Support inventory reports, audits, and coordination with procurement, finance, production, and logistics teams.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
