Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Software Support & Tester to join our ERP software team. You will provide software support to customers, understand issues, test ERP applications, and report bugs clearly.

Responsibilities include testing new features, preparing test cases, coordinating with developers and customers, and maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions. Knowledge of SQL and tools like YouTrack, Jira or Trello is a plus.

Qualifications

Previous experience in ERP software support, testing, or business applications.
Understanding of ERP modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Warehouse.
Ability to understand business workflows and customer requirements.
Experience using YouTrack, Jira, Trello or similar tools.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Basic SQL knowledge; automation testing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide software support to customers using our ERP application.
Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
Test new features, software updates, and bug fixes before deployment.
Identify, reproduce, document, and report software bugs.
Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
Perform manual testing of ERP modules and business workflows.
Create, update, and follow up on tasks and issues using project management tools.
Coordinate with programmers, implementation teams, and customers to resolve issues.
Verify bug fixes and ensure existing features still work.
Maintain records of customer issues, testing results, and resolutions.
