Infor Consulting Services seeks an experienced Project Director to lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise software implementation programs for global clients. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven success leading large-scale ERP programs.
• Proven success leading large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, global stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning project P&L, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, program management, and enterprise transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP and enterprise software implementation programs.
• Act as the executive point of contact for customers, developing trusted advisor relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Align business objectives with solution strategy, implementation approach, and delivery execution.
• Manage complex project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Acting as the delegated senior delivery leader for strategic customers and programmes, providing executive governance, delivery oversight and escalation management.
• Leading mobilisation of major programmes, ensuring governance, resourcing, operating models and delivery controls are established before execution begins.
• Own project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, and commercial risk management.
• Drive program governance, executive steering committees, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation where needed.
• Lead and mentor project managers, consultants, and delivery teams to foster high performance and collaboration.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support project scoping, delivery planning, and customer proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional services and strategic consulting engagements.
• Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement across project methodologies, tools, and best practices.
