Job summary

Forsyth Barnes seeks a Project Manager to lead ERP and HR-IT delivery across Finance, Supply Chain and HR modules. You will oversee requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch support while coordinating across multiple streams.

You will bring strong ERP knowledge, business analysis skills, and stakeholder management to ensure successful implementation and optimisation of Oracle EBS, SAP or equivalent platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple streams.
• Proficient in BRDs, FRDs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and optimisation across Finance, Supply Chain and Projects.
• Configure ERP platforms (Oracle EBS, SAP) to match business needs.
• Deliver HR-IT initiatives including HRMS, payroll, time and attendance.
• Design processes, workflows and operating models for ERP/HR systems.
• Run requirements workshops and produce BRDs, FRDs and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and translate requirements into config-led solutions.
• Coordinate data mapping and API-based integrations across systems.
• Own SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
