Job summary

Nathan & Nathan Human Resources is seeking a Senior IT Manager in Dubai to lead the enterprise technology function, shaping strategy and delivering digital transformation across applications, cloud, cybersecurity, and data governance. • 12-15+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise IT leadership.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Utilities/OUCCS.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, IT operations, and large-scale technology programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise applications with ownership of Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Utilities/OUCCS.
• Drive digital transformation, AI initiatives, analytics, and customer-focused technology solutions.
