Job summary

Client of Involved Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Lead for a UAE greenfield bank build. You will manage the implementation vendor, verify designs, and translate business requirements into configurations for Finance, HR, and Procurement.

Heavy emphasis on Financials with integration to core banking and treasury systems. The role requires hands-on governance of vendor work, risk and delivery, with prior bank ERP implementations and UAE/GCC context preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations for banks.
• Manage and challenge the vendor to meet scope and timelines.
• Capture business requirements from Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Own integration with core banking and treasury systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM and procurement workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Oracle implementation vendor.
• Review solution designs and configuration choices.
• Ensure delivery plans meet scope, quality, and timelines.
• Capture requirements and translate to configurations.
• Lead SIT and UAT, defect triage, data migration readiness.
• Report progress to delivery team.
