Job summary

LEAMS Education in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an ERPNext Developer – Frappe Implementation for a full‑time role. The candidate will own ERPNext development, customization, implementation, administration, and ongoing support across HR, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, Projects, Operations, and Academics.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and have 3–5 years of hands‑on ERPNext experience, with a strong portfolio of ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years hands‑on ERPNext/Frappe implementation experience.
• Proven involvement in ERP implementations across HR, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, and more.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERPNext configurations and custom apps.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend ERPNext modules using Frappe Framework with Python/JS.
• Design DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead testing, documentation, and user training for deployments.
• Manage deployments, migrations, backups, and upgrades with security in mind.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Inventory, and Academics.
