Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Data Management Executive to support ERP master data management, supports compliance, product information maintenance, and cross-functional coordination across the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, systems, and processes, possesses strong analytical and organizational skills, and is interested in leveraging automation tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy. This role offers hands-on exposure to ERP operations, customs compliance, international trade requirements, and business process management within a dynamic distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ERP master data, including products, vendors, customers, pricing, and compliance information.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP and related business systems.
• Support new product setup, data cleansing, data validation, and master data governance activities.
• Maintain pricing structures and generate customer price lists following approved updates.
• Assist with ERP system enhancements, migration activities, and user support.
• Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate corrections with relevant departments.
• Maintain organized documentation and records related to ERP data and business transactions.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
• Any other ad hoc task as required

Business Support Functions

• Support the maintenance of customs compliance records and regulatory documentation, including HS codes, certifications, permits, and import requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the alignment of ERP master data, data mapping, and system structures with business processes and B2B operational requirements.
• Support ERP data migration, validation, testing, and master data governance initiatives as required.
• Assist with project costing, landed cost analysis, and related business reporting on an as-needed basis.
• Ensure compliance-related and business-critical data is accurately maintained across ERP and related systems

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, and Brand Management teams to maintain accurate business data.
• Coordinate and follow up on data requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to efficient business operations

Requirements Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, validate, and interpret large datasets.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and master data management processes.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project costing and basic financial analysis is an advantage.
