Job summary

Limelight Health in Dubai seeks an Accounting Consultant to drive the adoption of Odoo among accounting firms and to position Odoo as a trusted advisor for accountants and entrepreneurs. You will lead partner enablement and business development efforts across the UAE.

Initial onboarding in the Quickstart team will prepare you for collaborations across HR, Marketing, Logistics and other domains, while ongoing activities include training, events, and customer-focused product feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting or Information Systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Teaching skills: comfortable presenting to large audiences and workshops.
• Academic mindset: detail-oriented, curious, rigorous.
• Proactive, enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Partners Management: Actively support the growth of Odoo's partner network for certified Experts.
• Training: Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities through specialized knowledge and ongoing training.
• Product improvement: Relay customer and partner feedback to Product Owners; participate in the Odoo Experience.
• Business development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to raise Odoo Accounting's profile in the accounting community.
