Job summary

CHINA TIESIJU CIVIL ENGINEERING GROUP CO LTD - RAK Branch is recruiting experienced management personnel for a major wastewater and pipeline project in the UAE. The role focuses on environmental control, social impact management and regulatory compliance to support construction milestones.

The position requires strong English communication, at least five years of overall experience and two years in the current role, with a preference for wastewater treatment and pipeline construction expertise

Qualifications

• Total experience of at least 5 years and at least 2 years in current position.
• Preference for wastewater treatment and pipeline construction experience.
• Preference for engineers with Ras Al Khaimah municipality-approved certificates.

This project includes a 60,000 m³/day ISTP (expandable to 150,000 m³/day), SC6 pump station, 6.7 km gravity sewer, 11 km rising mains, and 25.4 km TSE network, targeting commercial operation on 30 March 2029. We are recruiting experienced management personnel, preferably with wastewater treatment and pipeline construction experience.

• Manage environmental aspects including wastewater, sludge disposal, dust, and noise.
• Manage social impact including community relations and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with ESMP requirements.
• Monitor and report environmental and social performance.

Skills

1. 1.have good communication skills in the English language.
2. 2 with no less than 5 years’ total experience and no less than 2 years’ experience in current position.
3. 3.Preference will be given to those with experiences in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
4. 4.Preference will be given to engineers with certificates approved by Ras AI Khaimah municipality.
