Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Theme Park or entertainment industry and large-scale productions including events.
• Understanding of costume builds and operations management
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to hand sew and operate home sewing machines
• Experience working with performers
• Costume technology, wig care and theatrical makeup
• Bachelor's degree in theatre arts with emphasis on costuming
• 7 years in entertainment and theme park Costuming Department; 3 years leading a team
• Stage management knowledge
• Costume design and sketching skills
• Ability to lead procurement and contracting for costumes
• Theme Park experience
• Experience with IP related costumes development and operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Costuming team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee costume issuance, maintenance, laundry, storage, inventory and performer support.
• Ensure high-quality costume presentation for all productions.
• Manage costume logistics for daily operations, rehearsals, events, and new shows.
• Collaborate with Entertainment Creative/Live Experiences, Events & Production to support new productions.
• Provide costuming expertise throughout project planning, installation, rehearsal and launch phases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preserve creative vision and brand integrity.
