Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled Technical Coordinator to plan and execute live-event tech setups. You will coordinate AVL systems, show control, and network maintenance while supervising technicians and contractors during rehearsals and performances.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, and English communication to ensure seamless productions across park operations.

Qualifications

Related technical qualifications or equivalent experience in live events/entertainment tech.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in AVL, show control & network maintenance and operation.
2+ years’ experience installing AVL systems and show control networks.
Strong English written and spoken communication; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute technical setups for live events in coordination with the technical manager.
Coordinate equipment and resources to meet production requirements; liaise with stakeholders.
Create monthly schedule for Entertainment Technical team; coordinate contractors or vendors.
Operate and maintain audio, video, and lighting equipment during rehearsals and shows.
Troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption; ensure SOPs are followed during shows.
Supervise and support technical staff; provide guidance for efficient operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance for entertainment tech.
