Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior leader to drive an enterprise transformation program for a major banking client in the UAE. You will own end-to-end outcomes from contract to go-live, aligning executives and governing delivery across functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering and InfoSec.

Required are 12+ years of technology-driven financial services experience, hands-on leadership, and strong cloud/microservices knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in large-scale tech or financial services programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-market implementations and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation programs for major banking clients.
• Own executive alignment, program governance, and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and InfoSec to ensure delivery commitments.
