Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Operational Risk GRC Lead in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee the enterprise operational risk framework and drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing risk management policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Professional certifications and experience in multicultural teams are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in operational risk management, GRC, or internal audit.
• Deep technical expertise in operational risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance GRC program implementation.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and regulatory compliance in UAE.
• Experience with internal audit processes and control testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the operational risk management framework.
• Lead GRC programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify key operational risk exposures.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee internal audit activities and ensure timely closure of risk issues.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Provide training on risk management and compliance requirements.
