Job summary

Shamal Holding is seeking a high‑caliber Enterprise Architecture Engineering & Platform Delivery Lead to drive scalable, secure and resilient technology solutions aligned with business objectives in Dubai. The role covers API strategy, cloud platform engineering, and DevSecOps across enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred but not required.
• CISSP, CSSLP, Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert, Security Engineer Associate, Developer Associate), TOGAF, DevSecOps Professional, API Security (preferred).
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, architecture and application security, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture engineering and platform delivery with scalable, secure and resilient solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Own API strategy and cloud platform engineering enabling secure, reliable and automated technology operations.
• Embed security by design across the software delivery lifecycle and manage vulnerabilities and compliance.
• Maintain governance, controls, risk management and regulatory compliance across the application landscape.
• Provide technology leadership, manage vendors and ensure business-aligned technology outcomes.
