Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Lead Enterprise Security Architect to define and lead the Group's Enterprise Security Architecture, ensuring security by design across transformation, technology delivery and operations.

You will own strategy, standards and governance, partner with EA, Engineering, SAP and business leaders to ensure secure, resilient and scalable solutions, and drive security maturity across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Proven governance experience in a complex, global organisation.
• Led security architecture across large-scale transformations and cloud adoption.
• Governance for enterprise platforms, digital products and third‑party solutions.
• ERP/enterprise platform transformations experience (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence senior technology leaders and executives.
• Strong knowledge across security architecture standards, governance and SSDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Group Enterprise Security Architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish security architecture patterns and reference architectures.
• Drive security architecture maturity and governance across the Group.
• Govern security design standards, design decisions and technology risk.
• Ensure security is embedded in the lifecycle from concept to operation.
• Provide architectural leadership across identity, cloud, data, infra and platforms.
