Job summary

Shamal Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Application Integration & DevSecOps to safeguard and scale its digital ecosystem. You will lead enterprise architecture, full-stack development, integration, DevSecOps and application security across business units.

You will drive security by design, establish governance and manage strategic vendors while delivering cloud-native solutions and ensuring reliable, compliant technology operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• CISSP, CSSLP, Azure certs, TOGAF DevSecOps and API Security certifications are desirable.
• 10–15+ years in enterprise app development, architecture and security; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams, vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering enterprise web, mobile, API and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture, engineering and platform delivery across apps.
• Own API strategy, integration services and cloud platform engineering.
• Embed security by design across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Governance, risk and compliance across the application landscape.
• Provide technology leadership and vendor management across Shamal.
