Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive data-driven decision making across businesses. You will engage with stakeholders, guide data collection and analysis, and deliver actionable insights through compelling visualisations.

The role requires extensive experience in IT/analytics, data warehousing, and BI tools, with a track record of leading diverse international teams and delivering high-value projects in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Business or Information Technology field from an internationally recognised university.
• Experience with Data Warehouses, data lakes and visualization toolsets.
• Knowledge of enterprise data modelling approaches (3NF, Data Vault, Star Schema) and related data models.

Responsibilities

• Manage business engagement from problem statements to hypothesis and oversee data collection, analysis, and insights.
• Deliver complex analytics use cases with compelling visualisations and narratives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business to define measures, KPIs, and data products for root cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Lead and coach team members to ensure robust and timely delivery of insight products.
• Foster federated analytics communities to improve self-service capabilities across business units.
• Promote inclusive culture and community-building across functions.
• Embed enterprise insights and analytics across lines of business to ensure scaled excellence.
• Utilize relevant data models and business logic to deliver high-value projects on time.
• Ensure quality and usability standards are embedded in each use case with business ownership.
