Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Principal Insights Analyst to advance analytics use cases across customer, operations and markets. The role sits in the Analytics Centre of Excellence in Dubai and partners with business stakeholders to translate data into strategic insights.

You will lead a team, shape data models, and enable self-serve analytics across the organisation while driving information-driven decisions. A degree in Business or IT and 8+ years of IT/analytics are required, with strong SQL/Python/R

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Information Technology from a recognised university.
• 8+ years in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage business engagement from problem statement to hypotheses and oversee data collection and analysis.
• Deliver complex insights with compelling visualisations and actionable narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define measures, metrics and KPIs for analytics products.
• Lead, coach and develop team members with domain knowledge and analytics skills.
• Foster federated analytics communities to improve self-service capabilities.
• Embed a culture of inclusion across functions and facilitate community activities.
• Leverage data models and business logic to deliver high-value projects on time.
• Ensure quality and usability with business ownership embedded in delivery.
