Job summary

edari in Dubai is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions across the organization. You will focus on practical AI engineering using Copilot, Copilot Studio, and OpenAI/Claude models to improve business processes and digital service delivery.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, data owners, and vendors to translate requirements into secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions while applying responsible AI practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology delivery or software engineering with AI exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry / Azure Open AI.
• Designing or developing AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation.
• Experience with OpenAI / ChatGPT, Claude, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and enterprise compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Copilot and enterprise integration patterns.
• Build practical GenAI use cases like conversational assistants and knowledge retrieval experiences.
• Produce technical documentation including architecture notes and integration specs.
• Embed responsible AI principles, privacy, compliance, security into AI solution design.
• Collaborate with Techno-Functional teams to define AI designs and data flows.
