Job summary

Digifloat is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, integrate, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions across the organization. You will work with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and various OpenAI/Claude models to improve business processes, knowledge access, and digital service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technology delivery or software engineering experience with hands-on AI, API integration, and enterprise AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology delivery or software engineering experience with AI/automation or enterprise app development.
• Practical experience designing AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, APIs, prompts, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, model behavior, prompting techniques, grounding, evaluation, and responsible AI.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, authentication, secure integration, data handling, and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Engineering & Development: design, test, deploy AI-enabled solutions using Copilot and LLM APIs.
• Copilot, LLM & Agentic AI Delivery: configure Copilot Studio agents, prompts, and grounding patterns.
• Integration, Data & Technical Architecture: define integration approaches, data flows, and security boundaries.
• Responsible AI, Security & Governance: embed privacy, security, and governance into design and delivery.
• Business Engagement & Use Case Delivery: work with stakeholders to refine requirements and drive adoption.
