Brainlake Advertising LLC is seeking an experienced Functional CRM Solution Architect to lead the functional design and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions for large, complex organizations. Qualificações

• 10+ years in CRM or customer engagement, including 6+ years in functional lead or architect roles.
• Led functional design of enterprise CRM implementations end to end on large-scale programmes.
• Deep experience on leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle CX, or Pega.
• Experience in a consulting/systems integration environment serving enterprise clients.
• Strong CRM domain knowledge across sales, service, marketing, field service, and data management.
• Strong business process design skills with BPMN and requirements management in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Working understanding of CRM data models, integration concepts, and platform capabilities.
• Experience leading workshops, fit-gap sessions, and UAT with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation, with ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Contract-capacity mindset and ability to quickly integrate with client teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Map and redesign end-to-end customer processes (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, etc.).
• Define functional CRM architecture across sales, service, marketing, and field ops.
• Support CRM platform selection, evaluation, and fit analysis.
• Run fit-gap analysis and balance out-of-the-box vs custom dev.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
• Define the functional data model, 360-degree customer view, and access controls.
• Act as design authority, manage scope and change across workstreams.
• Define integration requirements from a business perspective (ERP, marketing, contact center).
• Define data migration requirements and validation from a business perspective.
• Lead functional test strategy including UAT and SI testing support.
• Shape training, change management, and adoption plans post go-live.
• Contribute to solutioning, estimation, and new phase scoping.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation within CRM.
• Advise clients on CRM best practices and governance.
• Produce artefacts: process maps, FD documents, traceability, logs.
• Collaborate with tech architects, data teams, and delivery leads.
